As a Clinical Lab Scientist Lead You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the laboratory operation. You'll assist and support the CLS Supervisor in coordinating and directing the daily operations of the department. Duties will include, but not limited to, staff scheduling, quality control and quality assurance/monitoring, policies and procedures, competency assessment. Routinely performs all duties of a Clinical Lab Scientist.Youll have the opportunity to work with a large team of laboratory professionals. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Medical Technology or related field. One to two years experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in a clinical Laboratory.

PREFERRED: Experience in a lead role and 5 years of experience in Medical Technology.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: State of California Clinical Lab Scientist License.
