**Responsibilities for a Quality Control Technician include but are not limited to:**
+ Perform standardized qualitative and quantitative tests on in-process and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
+ Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests using instruments such as pH meters, HPLC, and Malvern Mastersizer.
+ Approve product batches for packaging and shipment; place non-conforming product on hold for further analysis.
+ Maintain accurate test results, calculate batch adjustments, and make inventory movements in SAP.
**Candidates for Quality Control Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
+ Strong familiarity with lab instrumentation (pH meters, HPLC, particle size analysis).
+ Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory and batch record maintenance.
+ Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document all testing accurately.
