- Perform raw material, in-process, and release testing using various analytical techniques such as UV-Vis, IR, HPLC, GC, AA, titrations, and viscosity analysis.
- Follow cGMP, USP, and 21CFR 210/211 requirements for laboratory testing and OOS investigations.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of chromatography and bench chemistry.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, with LIMS experience considered a plus.
- Apply basic statistics and compare data trends.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, possessing strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, problem-solving, prioritizing, and follow-up abilities.
- Manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs as applicable to the laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of basic statistics.
- Experience in analytical chemistry, laboratory work, and wet chemistry.
- Knowledge of gas chromatography, titration, chromatography, ICP, and GCMS.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Capability to verify numbers, words, and alphanumeric combinations across multiple mediums.
- Willingness to work occasional off-shift and weekend hours.
