Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer

As a Sr. Process Engineer at Anthro Energy, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling manufacturing processes for electrolyte mixing and production. You will be responsible for the successful bring-up, on-ramp, and ongoing operations of a pilot-scale manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the scale-up and optimization of battery electrolyte manufacturing from lab to pilot scale, ensuring rigorous quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and refine Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for new and existing electrolyte processes.
• Define and document process specifications, constraints, and critical control points; engage with equipment and raw material vendors to source and commission manufacturing equipment and supplies
• Manage and continuously improve process operations, including workflow development, troubleshooting, controls systems modifications, and integration with MES/ERP systems.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
