What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor chemical blending and reaction processes in a manual, non-automated environment Perform manual valve turning and process monitoring to maintain safe and efficient production Conduct basic "jar testing" to evaluate chemical effectiveness in lab-scale setups Help troubleshoot and resolve issues when large-scale waste processing needs adjustments Follow strict PPE protocols (hardhat, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots) Handle, move, and monitor chemical materials safely according to all guidelines What We're Looking For Prior chemical manufacturing experience is idealespecially in chemical blending or reactor operation Familiarity with manual systems automated plant experience isn't necessary here Experience in wastewater treatment is a plus (but we'll train the right candidate and help you get licensed after 6 months!) Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new techniques Experience handling chemicals and a strong commitment to safety No fancy lab coat needed You don't need a chemistry degree or lab experiencewe value hands-on talent who can learn, grow, and work safely.
