Be able to handle large numbers of projects Be able to manage multiple stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams Have strong knowledge of the I2M process , be able to take projects from ideas to commercialization Be able to plan and execute work plans, including development of risk assessments and contingency plans Identify and efficiently utilize necessary resources to achieve timely delivery of project objectives. In addition, the candidate should have good understanding of the functional characteristics of ingredients, packaging materials, and processing capabilities and how they impact the finished product, to meet consumer and business expectations. The candidate should be able to leverage the value in MDLZ experts/partners, demonstrate and utilize an understanding of the NA supply chain network, and ensure compliance to quality documentation, regulatory requirements, FTO/IP, and confidentiality requirements. Education / Certifications: BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field. Job specific requirements: Minimum of 3 yrs. experience, preferably in the food industry. Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity. Ability to develop, plan for, and carry out plant trials. Experience with AI and modeling experience preferred Able to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and manage complexity- from bench top to commercialization. Participate in cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. Write process specifications that deliver consistent, high-quality products across numerous manufacturing facilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization Travel requirements: Travel up to 35%, to locations in Canada, US, and Mexico. Work schedule: Onsite role based in East Hanover, NJ with flexible hybrid work schedule The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
