Context

Criteo is launching the Learn, Explore, and Accelerate Program (LEAP), a continuous initiative to transform and sustain our self-service ad platforms as industry leaders in customer satisfaction.

The program focuses on improving key performance indicators - such as funnel conversion rates and Customer Satisfaction scores - by consistently exceeding client expectations through optimized user journeys.

But LEAP is not only about refining what already exists, it's mainly about driving innovation and shaping the future of our platforms!

At its core, LEAP is built on a fast-paced, agile mindset: rapid prototyping, quick iterations, and empowered decision-making are in its DNA. This approach enables teams to move swiftly from insight to action, accelerating impact and delivering value to customers faster.

As part of this initiative, Customer Experience Factory team, the R&D team operating the program - and part of the Platform Experience Enabler group - is looking for a passionate Lead Developer to join the journey and play a key role in bringing this ambitious vision to life.

What's the Platform Experience Enablers group? It's composed of six agile and human-sized teams, provides reusable building blocks & expertise for UIs and APIs.
