- Adhere to plant and lab safety protocols and complete safety audits and engagements.
- Perform wet chemistry and instrumental analysis, such as HPLC, GC, and IC.
- Prepare and process raw material and finished product samples.
- Record test results using computerized systems accurately.
- Complete training on one of four analytical aisles within 6090 days.
- Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
- Participate in monthly safety audits and complete safety engagements.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement.
- Accept coaching and feedback to support skill development.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and commit long-term.
- Background in science or technical work is a plus.
- Proactive safety mindset and responsibility.
- Degree or coursework in chemistry, biology, or related fields.
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation like HPLC, GC, or IC.

- Prior lab or technical work experience.

The work setting is a professional Quality Control (QC) laboratory within a manufacturing facility. The culture is safety-focused, team-oriented, and supportive of continuous learning and improvement. Technicians work within small aisle-based teams, supported by experienced technicians and supervisors. The schedule requires flexibility and commitment to non-traditional hours in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and time-sensitive testing responsibilities.
