Key Responsibilities:
- Design and perform in vitro functional assays using primary human immune cells (T and B cells).
- Conduct ADCC/ADCP assays and other immune-based functional tests to evaluate therapeutic candidates.
- Operate and analyze multi-color flow cytometry experiments using instruments such as BD Canto and MACSQuant; analyze data with FlowJo.
- Perform ELISA, MSD, and Luminex assays to quantify cytokines and other biomarkers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support therapeutic development strategies.
- Document and communicate experimental findings clearly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong foundation in cellular immunology, including T cell and B cell biology.
- Proficiency in primary immune cell culture and functional assay development.
- Experience with flow cytometry and cytokine quantification platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
