Job Description

The position involves working within a lab setting, focused on testing finished goods related to adhesives. The role requires expertise in chemistry and includes various forms of testing, such as adhesion, materials, and viscosity testing. Additionally, the position requires data entry and the application of knowledge in material science and chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemistry tests on finished goods.
• Perform adhesion testing on various materials.
• Execute materials testing and ensure accurate results.
• Assess viscosity levels of different substances.
• Enter and manage data accurately in the system.
• Apply principles of material science and chemical engineering.
• Conduct destructive testing as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in chemistry.
• Experience with viscosity and adhesion testing.
• Knowledge of finished goods testing.
• Ability to conduct materials testing effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Sciences.
• Experience through internships or academic exposure in material science.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
