Test Development Engineer - Global Payment - San Jose

About Global PaymentThe Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

You will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Global Payment product line, and ensure this middle platform provides a reliable service for upstream business from business and technology dimensions.

Responsibilities:

1. Possess the development ability to build test environments, and able to coordinate with the development/introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency, and achieve the actual quality effect in the business.
2. Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.
3. Close collaboration with global teams with flexible working hours.
4. Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
