Are you ready to jump-start your engineering career in an exciting, fast-paced environment? We're now hiring an Entry-Level Chemical Engineer to join our innovative team in Boise, ID. In this role, you'll support state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facility projects that power the core of our clients' operations.

You'll play a key role in the design, evaluation, and delivery of ultrapure water systems for high-tech manufacturing facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with client owners and senior engineers as an Ultra-Pure Water Engineering Owner's Representative. You'll gain exposure to all phases of project development, from reviewing technical specifications and drawings to providing on-site startup support.

Key Responsibilities

Review and provide feedback on engineering designs, specifications, and drawings related to ultrapure water systems

Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams and support startup efforts on-site

Participate in the development, application, and evaluation of engineered systems and products

Learn and align with client expectations, project scope, budget, and schedules

Assist with technical documentation and reporting for project milestones

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Preferred:

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification

Familiarity with ultrapure water systems (e.g., Clarification, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, UV, Storage & Distribution)

Experience or working knowledge of Revit software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Eagerness to learn and apply industry best practices

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Passion for engineering, construction, and continuous innovation
