What You’ll Do:-
Manage all facets of laboratory operations including staffing, budgeting, and compliance

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary lab team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Ensure lab compliance with regulatory agencies including CAP, CLIA, and OSHA

Oversee quality control and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest testing standards
