Location: Pendleton, OR Length: 13 weeks Shift: days with some call Start: ASAP Pay: Competitive + housing/travel stipends Key Responsibilities: Perform analytical testing in Chemistry, Immunology, Serology, Urinalysis, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Drug of Abuse Testing . Register outpatient lab tests using ICD-10 codes , ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide expert-level phlebotomy , mentoring team members when needed. Perform daily, monthly, and annual lab maintenance in line with lab protocols. Write and update laboratory policies and procedures . Develop LIS documentation and implement workflows in Cerner . Design and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control worksheets. Review daily billing and lab results reports for accuracy and completeness. Requirements: Bachelor's in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) 1-2+ years recent hospital lab experience Proficiency in Cerner LIS and QA/QC procedures Strong phlebotomy and mentoring skills Eligible to work in the U.S.; state license if required Why Pendleton, OR?
