We are seeking a hands-on Process Development Engineer to join our innovative catheter development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives on working directly with equipment, developing new processes, and building prototype components for next-generation catheter technologies.

Job Title: Process Development Engineer
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Salary: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on development and prototyping of catheter components.
  • Investigate, understand, and optimize equipment used in the catheter manufacturing line.
  • Develop and refine processes for building catheter parts, contributing to design iterations and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product performance and manufacturability.
  • Drive improvements in process efficiency, repeatability, and scalability from early-stage concepts through pilot builds.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of development activities, processes, and findings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • Targeting 1-3 years of experience in process development or any hands on mechanically inclined engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with prototyping and building small, intricate partsideally catheters or other electromechanical medical devices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and iterate quickly on designs and builds.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, development-driven environment.
