Lab Technician
Job Description

Join our dynamic team providing analytical services for a diverse range of products. As a Lab Technician, you will perform a variety of analytical testing procedures and support laboratory operations while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytical testing using FTIR, Carbon/Sulfur analysis, ICP, DSC, HPLC, and GC.
  • Support laboratory operations including glassware cleaning and sample preparation.
  • Follow established procedures and document all activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate sample workflows and meet testing schedules.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional team activities.
  • Assist in identifying and troubleshooting test method failures.
  • Support both development and commercial Quality Control (QC) release activities.
  • Learn and understand the manufacturing processes supported by the lab.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • 6+ months of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably contract testing lab.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques such as DSC, FTIR, GC, HPLC, ICP.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment.
  • Contract testing lab experience.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
