Immunoassay Associate Scientist

As a Laboratory Technician I, you will perform routine laboratory testing and data analysis in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, ensuring consistent quality and supporting daily lab operations.

What youll be doing:

• Perform and document analytical procedures following SOPs and GLP guidelines

• Conduct routine data analysis and monitor for performance trends or irregularities

• Escalate anomalies or performance issues to senior lab staff

• Prepare solutions and buffers for testing

• Support lab investigations, deviations, and procedure updates

• Maintain, calibrate, and operate lab equipment; log all activities accurately

• Guide and train entry-level staff in routine lab processes

• Ensure timely communication with cross-functional teams and participate in continuing education

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology

• 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data reporting, and equipment handling Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures

• Familiarity with GLP, lab safety protocols, infection control, and hazardous chemical procedures

• Ability to perform lab calculations, work with LIMS systems, and operate automated equipment

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
