This dynamic team is designing and building our newly expanded facility and executing exciting new projects like installing our new sauce line, equipment upgrades and more! SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12-24 Months)

• Process Engineering: With the successful launch of Toranis new sauce processing and packaging line, you ran critical initiatives that supported both the startup phase and the ongoing enhancement of sauce productivity. During production startup, you led the validation of our programming control logic and hardware functionality, ensuring alignment with Toranis quality standards in close collaboration with the Manufacturing and QA teams. Leveraging your technical expertise, you provided sustained support and guided the team from initial ramp-up to stable, optimized operations. As production challenges emerged, you applied root cause analysis methodologies to identify issues and implement effective solutions that drove continuous performance improvements.
• Project Manager: You played an active, hands-on role in scaling this high-impact operation. You set a high standard through your contributions and structured approach assisting with the development of comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, assembling project teams, and successfully delivering complex projects on time. As a hands-on project manager, you led the execution of a range of capital projects, from small upgrades to large-scale initiatives. This included actively managing construction efforts, collaborating with contractor leadership to establish and maintain schedules, while accounting for facility constraints and ensuring alignment with operational needs. For each project, you ensured the right inputs were in place, set realistic timelines, secured the necessary resources, and established a clear communication plan, cash flow forecast, and training assessment prior to implementation.
• Facility Optimization: As construction moved ahead for the first phase of our new sauce plant you balanced execution of the project timeline with managing other key productivity initiatives with the engineering team. You took the lead running several projects to improve Toranis plant sustainability and wastewater compliance, based on our high standards as a proudly Certified B Corporation. From standardization of waste processes to driving key initiatives that support sanitation operations, youll be at the center of it all helping us blend flavor with responsibility.

What Youll Bring:

• 3+ years Process Engineering experience in the Food and Beverage industry
• B.S. Chemical Engineering preferred, B.S. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Project Management experience with capital projects. Construction Management is a plus.
• Experience with process technologies (CIP, Agitators, pumps, powder handling, pasteurization)
• Knowledge and Experience with HVAC systems, air compressors, boilers, chillers, homogenizers, pasteurizers, and plant electrical switchgear is a plus
• Experience working with production and supply chain efficiency metrics
• Experience working with a large ERP system (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc) a plus
• Sanitary GMP Food Plant Design
• Experience with Design and Scale up of Ingredient Processing Systems
• Experience with Automated Packaging Lines
• Experience with Dairy based Sauce production a plus
• Safe Quality Food standards and implementation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

Salary Range: $122,000-130,000
