Description What Youll Do

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy by analyzing results, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment while fully complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your employment.
• Must maintain your certification throughout your employment.
