Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of hiring.
