Work Schedule Typically, Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts Appointment Length Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice Hiring Range $Commensurate - $ Salary About this Position This position will provide program evaluation support to the HRSA funded Medical Student Education Program. This job will involve literature reviews, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and conference presentations. This job will oversee medical students completing research rotations and will have the opportunity to engage in curricular feedback regarding the Rural, Tribal and Urban Underserved Medical Tracks. Required Qualifications Ph.D./Ed.D. Doctorate - any research related field. (Degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an academic department in higher education or equivalent experience in a similar type of position. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Must communicate effectively, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D./Ed.D. Doctorate - Research methodology with qualitative or quantitative methods.
