Position Overview:

The TMSS Quality Control Specialist is expected to provide quality control for TM new product setups as well as TM maintenance requests submitted to the TMSS Team. TMSS covers all TM products including but not limited to iBusiness Banking, Business Online Bill Payment, iBusiness Capture, ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Lockbox Services, ACH Positive Pay, and Check Positive Pay. The TMSS Quality Control Specialist would be accountable for effectively managing a large volume and variety of tasks in support of the overall business. This would include assisting in due diligence reviews, risk assessments and audit related functions.

This role is ideally suited for a team player who is detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, and with ability to productively manage multiple priorities. In this role, you will build a strong foundation of policies, procedures and TM Risk & Compliance metrics.

What youll do:

  • Daily review and verification of TM new product and maintenance requests against daily reports ensuring 100% accuracy of input and information.

  • Evaluates accuracy, compliance and consistent execution of internal processes and regulations to mitigate risk.

  • Performs follow-up reviews to determine whether appropriate action was taken on reported findings and that desired results are achieved.

  • Assist in the process management and research for special investigations

  • Ensure adherence to the departments policy and procedure.

  • Appropriate tracking of complaints, along with effective root cause and trending analysis.

  • Assist in timely, accurate and thorough audit preparation as well as successful management of the audit process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Banking experience; Treasury Management experience preferred.

  • Ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking under critical timelines

  • Detail oriented, organized, solutions-oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a team environment where professionalism, integrity and dependability are required

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Effective analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office programs

Salary Employees:

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
