Job Description:
Zynthera is launching a selective international recruitment campaign to hire 4 innovative Chemical Engineers to support groundbreaking research and development (R&D) projects in New York and Los Angeles (2 positions per city).
We are seeking engineers with a passion for chemical science, clean technologies, and environmental innovation.

Featured R&D Projects
1. BioCatalyst-Driven Remediation Systems
This project focuses on developing next-generation enzymatic solutions for wastewater treatment and soil remediation. The goal is to enhance environmental cleanup processes using sustainable biocatalytic reactions.

2. Carbon-Neutral Materials for Energy Storage
This interdisciplinary initiative explores the synthesis of eco-friendly, high-capacity materials for use in advanced batteries and hydrogen storage systems, with a focus on replacing rare or toxic elements with sustainable alternatives.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline

Specialization: Strong background in at least one of the following: reaction engineering, green chemistry, materials science, process design, water treatment, or environmental systems

Experience: Open to all levels from recent graduates to senior professionals

Language: English proficiency is mandatory (a formal test may be requested later for international applicants)

What We Offer
Annual Salary: USD $80,000 $161,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
