Job Duties What You Will Accomplish

• Verify results for accuracy, diagnose issues, and execute preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, onboard new personnel, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while observing regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
