Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of your certification is required throughout your tenure.
