**Job Summary**

The Staff Software Development Engineer / Colleague Experience for CVS Health will designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code colleague experience applications and workflows, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall technical direction and innovation of the Colleague Experience / Digital Workplace department. Deep knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM modules, portal design, catalog management and deployment

**What** **will you** **do** **?**

+ Collaborate with process owners to design and deploy ServiceNow portals.

+ Build new and optimize existing workflows to enhance and simplify the colleagueexperience

+ Maintain and manage ServiceNow Catalog items

+ Proven ability to bridge technical knowledge and business needs to support scalable workflow redesigns.

+ Leverages expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.

+ Contributes to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.

+ Provides input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure that the overall solution meets the desired objectives.

+ Participates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

+ Communicates and coordinates with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.

+ Contributes to the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

+ Participates in knowledge sharing activities, such as code reviews, tech talks, and workshops, to foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

+ Works with other developers and team members to implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.

+ Provides guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow professionally.

**For this role you will need Minimum Requirements**

+ 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, designing, deploying, maintaining and improving / automating workflows ideally in the ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Onboarding, Offboarding, Catalog Management and Onboarding modules.

+ 3+ years of Project Management / Scrum / Agile experience.

+ Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills.

+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork.

+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

+ Able to support east coast business hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ ITIL V4 Certification

+ Service Now Developer / Implementer Certification

**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
