Experienced Equity Research Associate - Networking and IT Hardware (Evercore ISI)

What is the position? Evercore ISI seeks to hire a Research Associate to support equity research coverage of the Networking and IT Hardware sectors. The position is located in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

Primary Responsibilities: Support equity research coverage of the Networking and IT Hardware sectors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and update company-specific and industry financial models
• Perform financial and valuation analysis of covered companies
• Author industry and company-specific research reports
• Oversee data collection and monitor investor news services
• Assist with presentation materials and client communication
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Specific Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with significant writing and PowerPoint responsibilities
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and equity markets
• Prior equity research or investment banking experience preferred
• Understanding of the Networking and IT Hardware sectors is a plus
• Strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
• B.S. degree required; MBA and/or CFA a plus

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
