Education

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is mandatory within the first year of employment.
