Description What You Will Contribute

• Evaluate test results for precision, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary troubleshooting along with routine maintenance of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and efficiently prepare samples for analysis.
• Document procedures comprehensively, mentor emerging staff or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
• Uphold a clean and secure workspace while ensuring compliance with all regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain certification throughout your employment.
