We are currently seeking an Advanced Scientist to join our Liquid Chromatography (LC) R&D team . In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the quality and performance of our LC column portfolio while contributing to exciting new product development initiatives. If you have a strong foundation in chromatography, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to collaborate across departments, this is your opportunity to make a difference in a high-impact technical role.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine LC column packing, QC testing, and lifetime evaluations to support both new and existing products.
Collaborate with Analytical Development, Product Development Groups (PDG), and Quality Control to address product quality challenges and drive manufacturing solutions.
Troubleshoot and maintain LC instrumentation, ensuring optimal lab performance and minimal downtime.
Relieve senior scientists of routine but critical technical tasks, helping to accelerate New Product Development (NPD) timelines.
Document experimental procedures, data, and deviations in compliance with internal quality systems.
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented lab culture that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
A B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience in liquid chromatography, ideally within R&D or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in column packing and interpreting chromatographic data.
Familiarity with HPLC/UHPLC instrumentation and basic instrument maintenance.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with method development and troubleshooting in a regulated environment.
Working knowledge of GLP/GMP standards and scientific documentation practices.
Familiarity with chromatography software such as Empower or Chromeleon.
