Role Overview: We’re looking for a Metallurgical Engineer to lead all metallurgical processes, ensure product quality, and support a safe work environment. This role serves as the bridge between management goals and the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all metallurgical processes and quality standards.

• Resolve metallurgical hold issues.

• Enforce safety policies and practices.

• Communicate management goals to the workforce.

• Lead team meetings and deliver presentations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership mindset with the ability to build teamwork and resolve conflict.

• Willingness to work across departments, shifts, and plant areas.

• Working knowledge (or ability to learn) of ISO/TS standards.

• Familiarity with production operations and equipment preferred.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies.

• Ethical, dependable, and fair in team interactions.
