Position: Clinical Laboratory Scientist - blood bank Location: San Luis Obispo County, California 1.5 Hours to Santa Barbara 3 hours to L.A. 3 hours to San Jose Shift: 4 8s including every weekend! To thrive in this role, you must be able to: Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match. Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services. Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations. Be patient and detailed.
