Description Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across various domains, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and engage in preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the quality standards of the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, strictly complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
