We are seeking a scientifically driven individual with hands-on laboratory experience to support advanced in vitro model development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and multiplex ELISA techniques, along with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets and contribute to experimental design and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently plan, execute, and analyze data from advanced in vitro models (MPS).
- Provide technical input and training in primary cell culture, sample processing, and biochemical analysis.
- Draft study protocols and maintain detailed records in electronic lab notebooks with minimal supervision.
- Interpret complex datasets, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps for experiments.
- Continuously optimize lab procedures and implement new technologies to enhance research capabilities.
- Communicate findings and ideas effectively across local and global cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with scientific literature to support ongoing research and innovation.
- Manage laboratory inventory, order supplies/equipment, and maintain lab organization.
- Promote best practices and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing research environment.
- Education: BS/BA in a life science discipline required; Masters degree not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience in a laboratory setting.

- Mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development.
- Multiplex ELISA and biochemical analysis techniques.
- Strong scientific mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with protocol development and lab documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
