Associate Scientist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Scientist to work on-site during regular hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. This role focuses on routine assay execution, primarily involving cell-based assays using primary cells. The successful candidate will consistently implement well-established workflows initiated by Staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine assay execution with a focus on cell-based assays using primary cells.
• Isolate primary cells, such as T cells and B cells, and generate stable cell lines.
• Implement established MCWB workflows as directed by Staff.
• Utilize Luminex Multiplex assay and demonstrate proficiency in Flow Cytometry.

• Doctorate with 2 years of scientific experience, MS with over 5 years of industry experience, or BS with over 8 years of industry experience.
• Background in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in isolating primary cells and generating stable cell lines.
• Familiarity with Luminex Multiplex assay.
• Proficiency in Flow Cytometry.

• PhD is preferred.
• Experience in cell biology, immunology, and related fields.

This position requires working on-site with regular working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The work involves hands-on laboratory tasks focusing on cell biology and advanced assays. Professional attire is expected in the workplace.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
