This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What youll do

Prepare new formulations in the laboratory using various technologies and mixing equipment.

Conduct testing of formulation samples following established protocols and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety policies, and procedures while managing lab operations and innovation processes.

Support cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality control, with technical expertise and collaboration.

Contribute to continuous improvement programs, such as Safety, 5S, and Calibration initiatives.

Prepare test specimens, including the use of power tools, to ensure accurate and reliable testing outcomes.

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.

Hands-on experience in formulation, with a focus on adhesives and sealants preferred.

Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp and formulation preparation processes.

Foundational project management skills, including planning and coordination.

Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with solid computational proficiency.

Effective multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain progress tracking.

The salary for this role is $68,000.00- $70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
