responsibilities:
  • Willing to work Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday, 2nd shift 4x10hr shifts
  • Perform and verify a variety of laboratory techniques.
  • Adjust to technical or logistical obstacles to complete assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve analytical techniques and instrument issues.
  • Contribute to team activities and decision-making, including identifying and implementing improvement plans.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Resolve obstacles to the completion of assigned testing.
  • Lead special projects as needed to support lab requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with the supervisor and team members to ensure timely product release.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies during audits when necessary.

qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to detail: This is a crucial skill for performing accurate lab testing and interpreting data.
  • Direct lab experience: Candidates must have a background in a laboratory setting.
  • GMP experience: Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices environment is a must.
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to troubleshoot analytical techniques and instrument issues is essential.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in the sciences with 0-4 years of lab experience.
    • Associate degree with at least 3 years of lab experience.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and multi-task effectively with general supervision.
  • Communication: Good interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills are required.
Preferred/Desired Skills

  • Flexibility: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2nd shift (Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday) and weekends, is highly desirable.
