• Assist in the collection of specimens and their preparation for testing as necessary.

• Ensure a sterile and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirement

• A bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Criteria

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
