Job Responsibilities What You Will Do

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure results are accurate, resolve discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through routine preventative measures and calibration.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Keep detailed documentation, onboard new staff or students, and uphold the standards of our laboratory quality.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the laboratory while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Successful acquisition of ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year post-hire.
• Continued maintenance of certification throughout employment.
