From the lab bench to the production floor, youll be the guardian of quality in every batch.
What Youll Do- Pull and test samples at every stage: raw, in-process, and finished.
- Label, log, and evaluate shelf life with accuracy.
- Verify product labeling and code dates.
- Conduct chemical and microbiological testing.
- Perform sensory analysis (yes, tasting and smelling included!).
- Complete plant audits and quality checklists.
- Operate and calibrate lab equipment like titrators.
- Keep the lab clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Communicate results clearly to management.
- Maintain data in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Support your team and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with GMP, wet chemistry, and microbiological testing.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs.
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing tasks.
