Description Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology by adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through routine calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analyses as required.
• Keep a detailed record of all work performed, provide training for newcomers, and work to sustain high lab quality standards.
• Create a safe and orderly work area while following regulatory practices and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Earned a Bachelors degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of joining.
• Keep certification current throughout your employment.
