Ecolab is seeking a Senior Lab Technician who will be responsible for analytical testing that will be used in the development of new product specifications. In this position you will perform quality testing, maintenance, and calibrations of the instruments in addition to assisting in the development of new test methods as needed.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in maintaining the productivity and organization of a busy Analytical QC Laboratory.
- Write, review, and execute Performance Qualifications and Method Verifications/Validations to GMP and USP standards on Analytical Instrumentation, including GC, UHPLC, and ICP instruments.
- Perform analytical testing of materials in a QC GMP laboratory.
- Support organizational efforts, including 5S and PhaseGate methodology.
- Record test results accurately and concisely in accordance with GMP.
- Support investigations, root cause analyses, and change controls as needed.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and production test data.
- Participate and contribute to scientific discussion and critical thinking.
- Maintain the lab in an orderly manner. Perform non-routine analysis as required.
- Promptly report issues with instruments or results to the laboratory supervisor.
- Maintains chemicals, retain and stability samples according to GMP standards.
Position Details:
- Location: King of Prussia, PA Plant
- Shift offered: 1st shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Compensation: $32.00/hr with shift differential and some OT
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (or equivalent field )
- 2 years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience in a GMP facility

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Systems, drafting, improving, and following SOP procedures, and following industry regulations and standards (GMP, GLP, FDA, USP, and/or ISO).
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining analytical instruments.
- Experience working with Agilent and other vendors of analytical instrumentation, including: HPLC, GC, FTIR, KF (Karl Fisher), ICP, and UV/Vis Analysis.
- Proficient knowledge of physical and analytical chemistry test methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A high attention to detail and quality in results.
- Must be able to establish and meet deadlines to produce independent results, while building a network of resources in the company.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate productively with other team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$32.00 ph Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
