Pay: $120,000 $140,000/year DOE

This is a hands-on role for a creative, detail-oriented chemist who thrives in developing high-quality, market-ready products from concept to commercialization.

---Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field highly preferred
8+ years R&D experience in personal care and cosmetics
Strong knowledge of raw materials, formulation techniques, and stability testing
Familiarity with FDA, OTC, and international regulatory guidelines
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
