Senior Software Development Engineer

Were seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a fast-paced technology team based in Newton, MA. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers the chance to work on cutting-edge automation frameworks, CI/CD integrations, and high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.

Youll be joining a collaborative environment where your expertise in test frameworks, CI/CD, and performance testing will directly impact product reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
7+ years in software engineering and functional automation
Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, JMeter/Neoload, and Appium
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for test environments
Strong database skills

Desired Skills & Experience
Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of DevOps or test data management experience
Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and GCP
Knowledge of data management tools such as Delphix or IBM Optim
