Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Analytical Chemist for a world-leading consumer health company in Lincoln NE.

Pay: 30-35/hr Depending on experience

Job Purpose

Serve as a technical member of the Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) team, supporting the development and validation of analytical methods for the detection of impurities. Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with current health authority expectations.

B. Key Responsibilities

Technical:

  • Prepare solvents, standards, mobile phases, and samples for analytical testing.

  • Operate and maintain instrumentation such as UPLC, HPLC, LC/MS, and GC to support assigned projects.

  • Assist in developing and validating analytical methods, particularly for trace-level impurity analysis .

Teamwork:

  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.

Compliance:

  • Complete all required training for assigned activities.

  • Adhere to EHS and AS&T safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping practices.

  • Follow GxP processes , data integrity requirements, and good documentation practices.

C. Primary Activities

  • Perform sample analysis using established UPLC-MS methods.

  • Conduct finished product extractions via liquidliquid extraction , solid-phase extraction , and other techniques.

  • Assist in the development and validation of new UPLC-MS methods for trace-level detection.

  • Acquire and process data using specialized analytical software.

  • Maintain compliance with all QMS policies , regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

D. Knowledge, Education, & Experience

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry preferred) + 3+ years experience in a GxP laboratory, or

  • Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry preferred) + 05 years experience, or

  • Masters Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry preferred) + 0 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Chemistry preferred) with 03 years experience.

  • Experience with HPLC/UPLC-MS instrumentation.

  • Background in trace-level impurity analysis .

  • Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.

  • Prior work in a GxP laboratory environment .

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
