Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bioanalytical Scientist to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and validating ELISA assays to support pharmacokinetic and anti-drug antibody analysis. This role is integral in ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute established MSD-based ELISA assays for pharmacokinetic (PK) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) analysis.
  • Perform GLP-level assay validation and bioanalytical sample analysis in support of preclinical studies.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs and GLP documentation practices, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate within a small, fast-paced R&D team, contributing to timelines and deliverables for toxicology studies.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate results effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in MSD-based ELISA platforms.
  • Experience with PK and ADA assays.
  • Familiarity with GLP standards and regulated bioanalytical environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (BSc or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • 12 years of hands-on experience in an analytical laboratory setting within the biotech industry or a CRO.
Work Environment

This position supports sample analysis by following validated protocols and involves method validation. The role is based in an exciting environment with a small, dynamic team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Durham, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
