Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract QC Lab Analyst for our Pharmaceutical partner in KALAMAZOO, MI.

QC Lab Analyst
The QC Lab Analyst works in a fast-paced, team-oriented laboratory environment, analyzing finished product samples prior to commercial release. This is a dynamic and growing lab within an expanding manufacturing site, offering opportunities to learn new skills and collaborate across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform, document, and review qualitative and quantitative assays on samples.
Utilize core technologies including Karl Fischer, IR, and pH measurement.
Interpret and evaluate data for accuracy, precision, trends, and potential GMP impact.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance laboratory performance.
Maintain high productivity with excellent attention to detail and minimal error rates.
Demonstrate flexibility and engagement in a changing work environment.
Apply proper laboratory techniques to prevent cross-contamination or sample misidentification.
Follow written procedures with precision.
Train others and troubleshoot instrumentation as skills allow.
Participate in laboratory investigations and provide QC manufacturing support, such as cleaning verification.
Qualifications:
AAS or BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science preferred.
Quality Control experience preferred but not required.
Experience with GMP documentation, drug product formulation, in-plant laboratories, Incoming Inspection, SAP, LIMS, and Excel is a plus.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
Candidate must not be sensitive to Cephalosporin/Penicillin.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
