A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Emmanuel Zorn at the Columbia Center for Translational Immunology ( to study anti-tumor B cell immunity in human lung cancer. This project will be conducted in collaboration with investigators at the Columbia University Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The research will focus on defining the specificity and function of tumor-infiltrating B cells and plasma cells. Approaches will include single-cell multi-omics (10X single-cell RNAseq paired with BCRseq), high dimensional flow cytometry, expression cloning and characterization of monoclonal antibodies.
We are seeking a creative, independent and motivated individual with relevant research experience. Applicants should have a Ph.D. and/or M.D with strong training in immunology, protein analysis methods, molecular techniques and a proven track record of productivity (first authors publications in peer-reviewed journals is expected).

Salary: Starting at $72,500/year and commensurate with experience
