Quality Control Analyst - Packaging Components

Regeneron is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our team on the 1st shift (Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). This role is critical to supporting our mission of delivering life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. As part of our Quality Control team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of Container, Closure, and Medical Device Components used in our Drug Product Fill/Finish Plant.

As a Quality Control Analyst, a typical day may include:

• Performing testing to release Container, Closure, and Medical Device Components using manual and instrumental techniques, and documenting results.
• Conducting manual visual inspections and ensuring test results are accurately recorded.
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to meet operational standards.
• Reviewing laboratory testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assisting in the validation and qualification of new or transferred controlled test procedures.
• Investigating discrepancies and contributing to corrective actions.
• Writing and revising controlled test procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to pass vision tests, including Ishihara (color blindness) and Jaeger (near vision acuity).
