Description Your Role and Impact

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, offer training to new staff or students, and assist in maintaining the highest quality standards for the lab.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and comply with regulatory and accreditation directives.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Commitment to keeping certification active throughout your time with us.
